The South Australian Government, in conjunction with SA Water, is offering rebates up to $1000 to owners of established homes wanting to install a rainwater tank.
What does the rainwater tank rebate cover?
i. $200 for the purchase of a new or replacement rainwater tank which needs to be plumbed for use to either a toilet or all cold water laundry outlets or hot water service
ii. Up to $600 for plumbing services (including services of a licensed plumber) to connect rainwater to either a toilet or all cold water laundry outlets or hot water service
iii. Up to another $200 extra for additional installation measures
